1. About the Salesforce Trailblazer Mentorship Program
Salesforce Trailblazer Mentorship is a program by Salesforce to connect anyone looking to start a career in Salesforce ecosystem with experienced Salesforce professionals.
You can participate in this program as a Mentor or a Mentee.
2. Salesforce Trailblazer Mentorship – Mentor
2.1 Who can be a Mentor?
To be eligible to a Mentor you must:
- Have prior experience in mentoring, teaching, or career coaching
- Must have a Trailhead account and minimum of one year of Salesforce work experience
- We are looking for Trailblazer Community members that are employed by Salesforce customers and partners
2.2 What is involved in being a mentor?
Mentors should be prepared to support mentees in the following ways:
- Get to know the mentee (minimum 3 check in calls)
- Career coaching on resume building, interview strategies and career advice
- 30 day mentorship with the option to continue the relationship with current mentee
- Matching with mentee will be based on availability in your region.
Additional resources will be provided by Salesforce, including the Mentor Playbook and Trailblazer Mentorship Community.
3. Salesforce Trailblazer Mentorship – Mentees
3.1 Who can be a Mentee?
To be eligible to a Mentee you must:
- Must have Trailhead account
- Actively and currently seeking a new job in the Salesforce ecosystem
- All levels welcome! No degree or prior Salesforce work experience required
3.2 What is involved in being a mentee?
Mentees should be prepared to meet with mentors in the following ways:
- Get to know the mentor (minimum 3 check in calls)
- Prepare a career development or job search plan
- Be open to feedback on resume, interview and career advice
- 30 day mentorship with the option to continue the relationship with current mentor or reapply.
- Matching with mentors will be based on availability in your region.

In order to participate in the program you must meet following eligibility criteria:
- Age Minimum: Only candidates 18 and older may apply
- Employees: Salesforce employees are not eligible at this time
